Why did you choose to do business with Upstate?

I chose UOE a few years back after seeing a demo at a convention booth. I was impressed with their knowledge and the quality of the equipment that was being used.

What type of office equipment did you purchase/lease from Upstate?

We leased the following pieces of equipment:
Sharp AR-M450N copy machine, Neopost IJ65 postage meter w/conveyer belt, Neopost SA50S envelope printer, First Logic Mailer software.


What if any are the differences from a previous vendor versus Upstate?

Our previous vendor, Pitney Bowes, did not fulfill their promises of quality in sales/service. It seemed to me that all they cared about were dollar volumes and in the meantime they forgot about the customers needs. It was kind of humorous when our lease was about to expire sales reps, executive management, top officers came to visit and wanted to renew our lease. In the meantime I shopped around and found out that UOE personnel was very professional and knowledgeable on their products. By going with UOE not only did I save dollars to our business, I also found out how much easier it was to get our mailings out to our customers on a more timely and cost saving matter. We didn't have this option with our previous vendor.

Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to in a timely manner?

UOE's service has a rapid response time when our equipment is in need of service. If they cannot fix the problem, they will loan you a piece of equipment until needed so your business of operations has almost zero downtime. If the equipment is not accessable they will perform our operations at their office. Updates are always on time and extremely easy to install.

Would you continue to maintain a relationship with Upstate when your lease is up or your business is ready to purchase again? If so why?

I would continue our relationship with UOE when our lease is up because of their quality products they stand by and most of all their quality of service and knowledge of their products. All staff at UOE are kind and courteous and make you feel welcomed when in contact with them.

General Comments

When being trained on our new equipment and software, UOE staff was on site at all times and refused to leave until they felt we were comfortable enough to operate on our own. As of today if any questions or problems occur, they still come on site to show us what we are doing wrong, but also make us more knowledgeable.
