 Why did you choose to do business with Upstate?
I like Upstate's service. When you call them for service, they come right away! They are professional and very helpful. One time when they stopped in for a routine visit they saw we were having problems with an older folding machine that we had (that was purchased years ago from another company) and they got it running for us free of charge.

What type of office equipment did you purchase/lease from Upstate?
Several of our county offices have purchased copiers from them and are very satisfied with their service. We purchased a large paper drill, tabletop stapler and date stamper from them.

What if any are the differences from a previous vendor versus Upstate?
They care about our printing and mail operations up here and offer suggestions and solutions that they feel would improve and make our operation better.

Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to in a timely manner?
Most often when we call them, they send a service person up the very same day.

Would you continue to maintain a relationship with Upstate when your lease is up or your business is ready to purchase again? If so why?
Absolutely! They have very knowledgeable sales people and excellent service!
