What if any are the differences from a previous vendor versus Upstate?

Presenation, did not try to use underhanded techniques to get the sale. Honesty was a HUGE plus. Did not try using, (example "got to feed my family"),tactics to get the sale. Trying to use the "guilt complex" is not how a company should be conducting business.

Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to in a timely manner?

Upon calling, we've found that Upstate responds in a timely manner and is very helpful with our questions and tries to correct the problem quickly.

Would you continue to maintain a relationship with Upstate when your lease is up or your business is ready to purchase again? If so why?

Definitely! From what we can see so far, we can see future business relationships with Upstate. Keep up the good work!

General Comments

When putting the customer first, this makes the customer feel comfortable and relaxed. This is a huge plus when presenting a sale. Being pushy or aggressive is not the way business should be conducted. Nor harboring bad feelings because we did not go for that particular company. This was not the case with Upstate, which we greatly apprciated. Overall Upstate has exceeded our expecations with professional, courteous, reliable service.
