I know who to contact when there is an issue. I also can contact Ed Jr or Joe Madden if I have a problem. Things get resolved in a timely manner. They make you feel like they are glad to have your business!

General Comments
I have had very positive feedback from all staff on how easy Ed is to work with. At this point in time, I have had no major issues with Upstate. When we lost our sales representative, Ed was right there to help. It was an easy transition. I like the fact Ed isn't sitting behind a corporate desk, he's out making sure his customers are satisfied!
